I cannot say enough amazing things about my medical assistant instructors, Sancie & Jim! From day one, they created an environment that was welcoming, encouraging, and truly motivating. They don’t just teach the material — they make sure you understand it and feel confident applying it in real-life clinical settings. Sancie is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. She takes the time to break down complex concepts in a way that actually makes sense, and she genuinely cares about each student’s success. You can tell she has a passion for healthcare and for teaching. Jim brings such great energy and real-world experience into the classroom. He challenges you to think critically while still making learning enjoyable. His hands-on teaching style really helped build my confidence in clinical skills. Jim and Sancie are amazing Instructors. Both are very knowledgeable of the job and will do anything and everything to make sure you feel confident in class. You can ask any sort of question without hesitation, they are very patient, understanding instructors. Only complaints about the school overall is how us students are not allowed to be in contact with the instructors. No email or phone. Which makes zero sense in a school/learning environment. Another complaint is also having more than two instructors in room. Way too many chefs in the kitchen. Jim and Sancie are the perfect duo and I feel like it should remain that way. Read less

Jim and Sanice are amazing instructors. They make sure you are comfortable with all of the material. Every class is interactive with both hands on and material review.
